The Secret to What you Want

It's 2015 and that means that we have all made our list of to-do's and tasks to fill our time. We all plan to take action this year and some of us plan to take "Massive Action" as Grant Cardone would say.

The image in this post is one I took at one of my favorite places in the world. This is from the south side of the Huntington Beach pier in H.B. California. This past summer I body surfed here five times a week after work each evening and on the weekends. I got to experience some of the biggest and most powerful surf I've ever seen. I also got to meet and talk to great people from all over the world enjoying the waves along with me.

It was during this endless summer of mine that I realized that the secret to getting more of anything you want is to find people who have it and channel it into your own life. So, with that in mind, do you want more love? Find people overflowing with love and let them teach you to love and be lovable. Is it peace from stress that you're after? Then connect with people who have mastered the stress-free life.

I believe this is a universal principle, and it also applies to money. What's the secret to more money? Right, other people's money. On the surface, it sounds a bit selfish, but in reality, it's just the way it works. Take a look at the malls and businesses in your town. Every one of them has a strategic plan and position to intercept people spending money.

Of course, your key values and guiding life principles are of critical importance. After all, I'm not suggesting getting more money at any cost, but rather looking for an opportunity to insert yourself into the economy and provide value to those you meet and serve.

"The Secret to More Money is simply put, other people's money"
